Good name, Marti, but 50 is still midlife ... at least it had better be, or we're in trouble. LOL
LOVE IT!!!! I'll be gone this weekend, Ill be attempting to ski again up in wisconsin, I'll be wrapped in bubble wrap of course, I just hope all that popping doesnt cause an avalanche! lol lol lol

Congrats on the Guest Editor pick! I like the new name.
I think that was my fave entry . . . when you told about the porch stories . . . I could imagine magnolia wafting thru the night air and fireflies along the edge of the yard . . . while Tom played his guitar and sang . . . then the guests took turns telling jokes.
I also picture you and Caitlin alone on the porch, having long mother/daughter talks, as you sip iced tea (I wanted to make that mint jullips, but Caitlin's too young). ;-)
