This day was a long time coming
but it took such a little while for it to get here...
My baby had her senior portraits made today.

It just hit me
I don't know why I was surprised
Growing up happens so gradually
And all at once
At the same time.

Becki's senior pictures are scheduled for September. I am so happy and proud to see her grow up, and I am so sad, too. Part of my usefulness is over. Although I have no doubt there will be something else for me to do in no time. I know you got to feel the same way.
