Cat Story

This is a weird tale, but I promise it is true.

My cat Skooter, the sweetest, most pillow-like, amiable tomcat in the world, went out one day and brought home a kitten.
Let me repeat, this is a neutered male cat.
He bathed the kitten.

He carried it around in his mouth.
He NURSED it!
I'm sure nothing came out, but his little nipple got hard and stuck out and they did all the little pushing with the paws thingy that kittens do when they nurse.
Although Bitty has since grown up and been "weaned" they still enjoy a cuddle.

Strange indeed, but awesome! If not for his loving interference who's to say what would of happened to the kitten. Thanks for sharing such a cool story. (Hugs) Indigo

I couldn't get my two mother cats to cuddle with their grown kittens for anything in this world. Especailly Blacky. When J.J. is around, she's throwing a hissy fit. Just leave it to the improbable. They say truth is stranger than fiction.

I've heard of cats bringing dead, half eaten things home but never a live kitten.  That's the sweetest story...I guess Skooter decided he needed a buddy. Linda in Washington state

My Merlin is such a a big girl's blouse, I'm sure if he ever found a kitten, he would do the same.
