wow what a weekend part 2

Sunday we went to Baton Rouge LA (a three hour trip )for a cheer leading competition...
enough energy there too power a small city.
Loud!
Caitlin's team was second place
And had a lot of laughs....

The city is really unique and has a lovely little waterfront park.
While the little cheerleaders pranced, Tom and I and Caitlin's boyfriend Thomas explored a bit.

Love the cheerleaders and that blue sparkly eyeshadow!   Over the weekend we went out to my brother in laws Eagle lodge to check out the party...we all wore feather masks...like in mardi gras...yes, somehow I convince them...we just kind of 'flocked' in there....we were the hit of the party..LOL.   Sounds like you had a great weekend!  Maria

I always loved competition trips. I had just as much fun and the kids did.
You'll have to excuse me, but I'm catching up on journals and I have a sick baby in my arms so I'm typing one handed so comments are very short today.
Take care, Chrissie
