Surgery

Caitlin came thru surgery just fine.

She is very uncomfortable right now and it kills me to see her like that, but she is doing well and the pain is controlled with medication.

I asked if I could take a pic and she said,"not even a little bit"

She can already hear better. We were whispering by her bed and she told us we were too loud.

She can alraedy breathe thru her nose. She says she doesnt even remember the last time she could do that.

Thanks for warm thoughts and prayers and keep us in your hearts as she recovers.

Keepin on the Sunnyside,

Marti

She's a fighter...she will bounce back just fine! funny how just breathing through your nose for the first time makes such an impact on her life. Hoping the healing and the week go fast for you and her.

I'm so happy to hear she's doing better. She's in my prayers. What was it? A deviated septum? Ed has one. He hasn't been able to breath or blow his nose properly since he knocked over a TV while trying to get a cookie. He hit himself in the face with it and broke his nose. He might have been 3 at the time.
